Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zingfab, every product is customized and made-to-order as per your selected style and requirements. Because of this, we follow a No Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
  • Please ensure all details (design, size, and specifications) are correct before confirming your order.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We accept refund or replacement requests only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product delivered does not match your confirmed specifications.

Important:

  • You must request a refund/replacement within 24 hours of delivery by emailing admin@zingfab.com.
  • Photos/videos of the issue are required for verification.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • All customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the conditions above.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (due to screen/display differences) are not considered defects.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
